At Point Christian Preschool, a Classical Christian School, we lovingly serve children ages 2 to 5 years old, providing a foundation for lifelong learning and faith.
We offer a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where:
- Learning feels like play
Children explore, create, and discover through hands-on activities and thematic lessons.
- Biblical truth is woven into each day
From Bible stories to character development, God’s love is at the heart of everything we do.
- Teachers nurture the whole child
Our dedicated and caring teachers encourage growth in confidence, independence, and foundational academic skills.
- Children thrive through enrichment
Experiences like music, art, and interactive learning help children reach developmental milestones.
Social, emotional, and spiritual growth matter
We partner with parents to nurture each child’s mind, heart, and spirit.
We have amazing teachers and small class sizes. We provide a morning/afternoon snack and a hot lunch for our preschoolers and we offer a wonderful mix of enrichment opportunities for our students.

Preschoolers at PCA receive a loving and fun introduction to musical concepts, singing, movement, instruments, and bible truths. Our instruction is carefully aimed at age-appropriate concepts and skills. Classical concepts such as Solfège (Do Re Mi), basic musical rhythms and scripture songs highlight the strengths of this rich instructional approach. Each class time includes biblical content, prayer times, and lots of joy-filled moments.

Point Christian Academy’s Classical Art program is designed to present the beauty of God’s creation as God is the Ultimate Artist! The students study the basic elements and principles of art as a foundation to creating their own artwork, practice the exercises of the “Basic Elements of Drawing”, and explore different mediums and art processes. In grades K-2 various artists and their techniques are used to explore and identify these basic elements and principles. Beginning in the 3rd grade the curriculum introduces art history with a review of the previously studied foundational elements of art. Again classical art emphasizes how God’s amazing creation provides all things beautiful for inspiration and materials for all generations of artists.

At Point Christian Academy, Physical Education is designed to inspire a love for active play while nurturing Christlike character and teamwork. Students learn to work together, pursue success with humility, and compete with respect. We emphasize the importance of caring for and appreciating the amazing bodies God has given us. Through engaging physical activities, students develop new motor skills, practice healthy boundaries, and grow in their ability to listen, follow directions, and play with purpose. In all of this, students are reminded that their strength, discipline, and joy in movement are gifts from God, meant to be used for His glory.

At Point Christian Academy, we believe that athletics offer valuable opportunities for character development, teamwork, and physical growth within a Christ-centered environment. We are excited to announce the launch of our first cross country team in the fall of 2025, marking the beginning of our growing athletics program. This new initiative reflects our commitment to nurturing the whole student, mind, body, and spirit. Additional sports opportunities are on the horizon as we continue to build a well-rounded program that supports excellence and honors God through every competition.

The Pre-Kindergarten educators at Point Christian Academy use integrated learning strategies taught through a Christian Worldview. The teachers implement a variety of approaches to learning to reach various learners while remembering one important piece, the educators at Point Christian Academy are dedicated to fostering spiritual growth and enabling children to become Christian leaders through rigorous application and action. We encourage and explore scripture as we apply learning strategies that involve real-world experiences. In math and science, we focus on using a Biblical STEM approach to learning and emphasizing hands-on learning, project-based activities, and the connection of different disciplines to show how they relate to and build upon each other in practical applications.

In a Classical Chrisitan classroom, Pre-K 4 students begin their phonics and writing journey with a strong foundation rooted in the love of language and literacy. Phonics focuses on letter recognition, letter sounds, and blending sounds to form simple words. Children are introduced to the fundamentals of reading, learning both uppercase and lowercase letters, and practicing the sounds each letter and blend makes. In writing, students start by mastering fine motor skills to hold a pencil correctly and form letters. They practice writing both letters and simple words, with an emphasis on proper letter formation and penmanship. Alongside phonics and writing, pre-K 4 students are working on memorizing Bible verses and Catechisms, which nurture both their cognitive and spiritual growth, fostering a deep connection between language and faith from an early age.
